Own The Problem. Ship The Solution.

Hey. I'm Payge Kerman. I'm a Product & Design Executive Designing Products, Systems, and Teams That Scale Together.

I lead product and design teams to build things people actually use, grounded in the belief that utility is the shortest path to revenue. If a feature doesn't meaningfully improve a user’s life, or the company’s bottom line, it’s probably not worth building. I focus on cutting through the noise and turning big visions into executable initiatives, resulting in products that win over users and drive real growth.

Replatforming Weave to Unlock Revenue, Retention, and Scale

Led an 18-month reinvention of Weave’s core product experience, consolidating fragmented applications into a single, scalable interface that reduced context switching, accelerated complex workflows, and unlocked measurable business impact. The New Weave Experience contributed to sustained bookings increase, reduced product-attributed churn, decreased logo churn, and drove meaningful improvements in NPS, usability, and customer satisfaction. Championed the release and continued improvement of Weave's new platform.

Outcome

$2M increase in bookings in the quarter after release, attributable to new application sales.

27% decrease in logo churn (Product-attributed) in the year following release.

+13 on Product NPS.

+11 SUS (System Usability Score).

Building a Self-Serve PLG Engine That Scaled Payments Volume

Established Weave’s first self-service Payments growth engine by designing the PLG activation pathway that moved onboarding from an ops-driven model to a customer-led motion. The initiative generated a net-new, scalable revenue stream, lifted payment volume, and materially reduced CAC and operational overhead associated with manual enablement.

Outcome

$48.8M increase in Payments Volume in 9 months following release.

$361K increase in Revenue in 9 months following release.

+2769 accounts processing Payments in 9 months following release.

Converting Competitive Pressure into $3.5M in Revenue

Created and led the product vision for Call Intelligence, a net-new revenue driver born from competitive pressure and unmet customer demand. Defined the initial strategic direction and partnered cross-functionally to bring the feature to market. When early adoption lagged and churn accelerated, I diagnosed the root causes: insufficient narrative framing, unreliable AI output confidence, and incomplete value realization. Partnered with the Call Intelligence team to correct these gaps by strengthening the story, improving the reliability and confidence of outputs, and closing critical feature deficiencies. Monthly churn decreased, and the feature shifted from a novelty add-on to a durable, trusted intelligence capability within the Weave platform.

Outcome

$3.5M incremental revenue added to Weave's books.

5K new deals sold Call Intelligence.

91% reduction in monthly churn (15% to 1.3%).
